The picnic:  Scotch eggs with hollandaise and bacon, handmade sausage rolls, baked camembert with rosemary and honey, crudités, breadsticks and homemade crostini

Plated main examples:

Fillet of English pork wrapped in prosciutto, ham hock bonbon, caramelised apple and apple cider sauce with dauphinoise potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Fillet of beef cooked medium rare, cauliflower cheese puree, Chianti jus with fondant potato and seasonal vegetables.

Pancetta wrapped chicken with chicken skin crumb, garlic and white wine sauce, roasted herby mini potatoes and season vegetables
