All crockery, cutlery and service staff to set tables, serve meal and clear after included.

STARTERS

Halloumi, watermelon, mint and green bean salad (v)
Goats cheese and red onion tart with balsamic glaze (v) – roasted onion tart version for vegans
Toasted pesto bruschetta with ripe tomato salsa and parmesan shavings (v) – vegan version available
Homemade soup with rustic bread – leek and potato with crunchy onion topping (vegan) or tomato and bacon with crispy pancetta
Sharing antipasti boards: A selection of cured meats and charcuterie, fresh mozzarella, brie and cheddar, figs, olives, sundried tomatoes, Rustic breads & salad leaves with balsamic and parmesan shavings (£1.00 supplement) – this can also be individually plated if required.
Mozzarella wrapped in prosciutto with a pea, mint, parmesan and sugar snap salad
Courgette and cumin fritters with fresh mango chutney (v) – vegan version available
Ham hock terrine with rocket, soft boiled egg and hollandaise
Shredded duck, beetroot, orange and watercress salad with homemade crostini
Rich chicken liver paté, homemade crostini, fresh apple and plum and apple chutney
Scottish smoked salmon and asparagus terrine served on a bed of rocket with fresh lemon and toasted brioche

MAINS

Fillet of English pork wrapped in prosciutto, ham hock bonbon, caramelised apple and apple cider sauce
Pork belly with apple puree, roasted shallot and red wine sauce
Fillet of beef cooked medium rare, cauliflower cheese puree, winterberry and port reduction (£2.00 supplement)
Slow roasted blade of beef in a bourguignon sauce
Herb crusted rack of lamb with redcurrant reduction (£2.00 supplement)
Braised lamb shanks with chorizo and garlic
Pancetta wrapped chicken with roasted shallots, crispy shoestring potato lattice and rich red wine jus
Chicken Wellington with a Madeira and sage infused sauce
Duck breast in a port and sour cherry sauce (£1.00 supplement)
Homemade steak and ale pie with a puff pastry top and a rich gravy in a mini gravy boat
Baked salmon with a herb and parmesan crust and hollandaise sauce
Roasted vegetable wellington with Butternut squash puree

All of the above are served with orange glazed carrot, tenderstem broccoli and one of the following potatoes:  dauphinoise, creamy mash, fondant, duchess (piped creamy mash with crunchy top), roasted herby new potatoes, potato cake.

MISCELLANEOUS

White tablecloth hire £12+VAT each, White napkin hire £0.80+VAT each
Tea and coffee to follow the meal £1.25+VAT per person
Rustic breads for the table £1+VAT per person
Add a sorbet course inbetween your starter and main for £2+VAT
If providing your own drinks we are able to hire glasses for 40p+VAT each and jugs for £2+VAT each
Extra costs may be incurred if we have to hire in cookers etc.
If any of your guests have special dietary requirements we will provide an alternative
