As a desserts table (either mini desserts or large whole desserts) – select 3
Distributed to guests as canapés – select 3
Served to individual tables for guests to share (either 3 mini desserts on three tiered cake stands or one whole dessert)

Fruity options:  Pavlova topped with seasonal fruits, Eton Mess, Vanilla cheesecake topped with seasonal fruits and berry coulis, Pimm’s and summer fruit Trifle, Fresh fruit skewers or fruit salad, Fresh fruit tart with lemon creme patissiere
