Canapes:

  • Shredded duck and hoi sin blini
  • Baby potatoes with creamy cheese and crispy bacon filling
  • Thai chicken spears
  • Homemade mini spiced falafels with coriander and cucumber yogurt
  • Bruschetta with tomato salsa and black olive
  • Mini cupcakes (red velvet, lemon, carrot, Victoria sponge, chocolate)

Starter(on butchers block):  

  • Sharing antipasti meat and fish boards: Prosciutto, salami, smoked salmon, King prawn skewers with salsa verde, olives, sundried tomatoes & salad leaves with balsamic and parmesan shavings

Main:

  • Steak and ale pie with creamy mash, minted peas and port gravy

Desserts table: 

  • Homemade scones with strawberry jam and clotted cream, chocolate brownie bites, maltesar cheesecakes, Banoffee pie, meringues with cream and fruit
