Surprise Birthday meal at a church hall, catering for 80 people

- Gorgonzola, grape and walnut tartlet
- Prosciutto, mascarpone & sundried tomato crostini
- Duck and hoi sin blini
- King prawns with Thai mango and chilli
- Bruschetta, tomato salsa and black olive
Main Course choices:
- Chicken in Madeira sauce
- Baked salmon with a parmesan and herb crust
- All served with dauphinoise potatoes, roasted vine tomatoes, sugar snap peas and broccoli
- Rustic breads on tables
- Used their own Birthday cake as dessert
