Surprise Birthday meal at a church hall, catering for 80 people

Menu:

Canapés:

  • Gorgonzola, grape and walnut tartlet
  • Prosciutto, mascarpone & sundried tomato crostini
  • Duck and hoi sin blini
  • King prawns with Thai mango and chilli
  • Bruschetta, tomato salsa and black olive

Main Course choices:

  • Chicken in Madeira sauce
  • Baked salmon with a parmesan and herb crust
  • All served with dauphinoise potatoes, roasted vine tomatoes, sugar snap peas and broccoli
  • Rustic breads on tables
  • Used their own Birthday cake as dessert
